From MCSE text: Troubleshooting is the process of isolating the source of a system error and correcting it. At first glance this may sound simple, but effective troubleshooting requires tenacity, creativity, and a thorough technical understanding of the system.

In Cris language: Troubleshooting means you have to figure out what's busted and fix it. This may sound easy, but you have to be anal, a geek, and anal to do it.
